Student Welcome Centers Re-Open for Spring 2013

Students who are lost or confused can get help at Southwest's Student Welcome Centers, scheduled to re-open on January 17.
The Student Welcome Centers open during the first week of each semester to intercept students who are unsure of how to navigate the campus for classrooms and office locations or who need special assistance with changing a schedule and accessing faculty.
The dates and times of opeation for the Student Welcome Centers during the Spring Semester are:
Dates Times
January 17-18 ⇒ 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
January 19 ⇒ 8 a.m.-1 p.m.
January 22-23 ⇒ 7 a.m.-6 p.m.
The locations for the Student Welcome Centers are:
Macon Cove Campus
- Farris Building Breezeway
Union Avenue Campus
- E Building, First Floor Lobby
Maxine A. Smith, Whitehaven, and Gill Centers
- Entrance/Main Lobby Area
Computer labs have been set up for student use in the following locations:

Macon Cove Campus
- Academic Support Center (east side of Nabors Auditorium)
- Bert Bornblum Library
Union Avenue Campus
- Academic Support Center (F Building, Room 319)
- B Building, Room 106 (Saluqi Den)
- Parrish Library
